In your October editorial, you wondered about taking a trip somewhere. I have a suggestion for you: I just finished a wonderful bus trip to the battlefields and cemeteries of Canada’s soldiers and Newfoundland and Labrador’s soldiers in the First and Second World Wars. It was the best trip I’ve ever made, truly moving, and I got to the somewhat isolated grave of my great-uncle, who was killed in 1917, to pay my respects. I experienced fantastic food and hotels and cultured European cities.
